Congratulations to our Kansas City Chiefs on their Super Bowl victory! Because our students, staff and community want to be part of the celebration, there will be no school on Wednesday in the Park Hill School District.

You have probably already seen communication from the district regarding food supply concerns and changes to the birthday treat guidelines. The district suggestions do not fit our accreditation guidelines, so we wanted to follow up with each of you to share what would be allowed at Gerner Family Early Education Center.

The Parents as Teachers program is a program designed for families with children prenatal through 5 years of age. Services include developmental screenings, home visits and group connections events for all families.

Gerner Family Early Education Center offers a free developmental screening called the DIAL-4 (Developmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning, fourth edition) twice each month.
